1. Booking Procedure
Reservations may be made by phone, WhatsApp, via our website at www.marlelodge.co.za, or through our Facebook page.A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. For bookings with an arrival date 7 days or less from the date of booking, full payment (100%) is due immediately at the time of booking.No booking is considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and a booking reference number has been issued by the lodge. Availability is not guaranteed until this confirmation is provided.
2.Payment
Accepted payment methods: EFT, card payment, or cash. All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@marlelodge.co.za or via WhatsApp to 082 446 0711. The following charges apply based on notice given prior to your scheduled arrival date:

4.Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The lodge is open 7 days a week. Should you require early check-in or late check-out, please make arrangements in advance — this is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
5.Dining
Breakfast is included in your room rate and is served in our dining area. Additional breakfasts for visiting guests are available at an extra charge and must be pre-arranged with our host/hostess at check-in.Lunch and dinner are available 7 days a week and must also be pre-ordered at check-in.
