Cancellation:
7 or less (or ‘no show’) days before arrival – Forfeit 100% of booking total
8 – 14 days before arrival – Forfeit 100% of deposit
15 – 30 days before arrival – Forfeit 50% of deposit
31 or more days before arrival – Full refunds
Booking Procedures:

We require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm your booking.
Same day bookings require full payment to secure your room.
No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit mentioned above have been provided and a booking reference number has been issued by the lodge.
